London Tea Souvenirs is a celebration of two of my favourite things: London and, of course, tea! I have always been fascinated with herbs, spices and their medicinal properties. I started mixing different teas with pieces of fruit, flowers, herbs and spices in my kitchen. In my endless quest for a novel taste, I experimented with Baobab and Green Rooibos. It was the “Green” that first sparked my imagination, and Greenwich became the first of my teas to be named after a district in London.
I invite you to join me on a mission to reinvent the humble cuppa! Take a handful of quality ingredients from around the world, a bit of the old and a bit of the new – just like the great city of London itself, and together we’ll make the perfect cup of tea!
